The Soapbox Format

Soapbox event days will be held 12 times annually, on the third Wednesday of each month. Exceptions and slight adjustments may be made for holidays and other conflicts.
January 19, February 16, March 16, April 20, May 18, June 15, July 13, August 17, September 21, October 19, November 16, December 21

Each meeting will be a 20-minute, one-on-one, virtual brainstorming session between individuals from our curated roster of top-producing distributor salespeople and owners of compelling supplier companies (or their executive-level personnel).

All meetings will be scheduled and facilitated online at PromoSoapbox.com.

Automated meeting notifications, such as scheduled start times and two-minute warnings towards the end of each meeting, will be provided via SMS messaging.

The Soapbox will keep open two live-help meeting rooms throughout each event day.

  • Registered and activated distributor salespeople with completed Soapbox profiles will have a schedule of four consecutive virtual meetings per month with four different vendors.
  • There will be a ten-minute break in between each virtual meeting.
  • The pre-arranged schedule will be made available approximately 30 days prior to the event day.
  • Suppliers will use privately-accessed art files, uploaded by the participating distributor salespeople, to create sales & marketing materials specifically designed for their client bases. Examples of such are virtuals samples, spec samples, random samples, custom digital collateral materials, and more.
  • Registered and activated supplier companies with completed Soapbox profiles will have a schedule of up to twelve virtual meetings per month.
  • There will be a ten-minute break in between each meeting.
  • The pre-arranged schedule will be available approximately 30 days prior to the event day.
  • Suppliers will have access to privately-accessed art files which will be uploaded to the PromoSoapbox.com platform by each participating distributor salesperson. These art files will be used for the purposes of creating pro-active, targeted, marketing materials.
  • The 30-day advance notice will allow suppliers time to send specific collateral materials directly to the participating distributor salesperson for use during scheduled meetings.
